Reservation

■ Please pay the deposit of 150,000 yen within five days after reservation.

■ Reservation accepted after we received the payment.

1st Meeting

■Three months before the party　
--- Ceremony/ Party Menu/ Printed matters/ Wedding Dress/ Gift to guest

2nd Meeting

■ Two months before the party
--- Flowers and other decorations ■ More meetings will take place as needed.

Final Meeting/ Rehearsal

■ Final confirmation one month before the party.

■ Rehearsal for hair-making, final meetings with photographer and coordinator. Cancel fee will apply from this point.

■ Final confirmation on a number of attendants, final estimate one week before the party
   --- Please make the payment by three days before your party.

Day of the party

■ Please pay the difference between the estimate and the check if there is any.
