Meet our Brewery
A natural beer taste crafted by an artisan
T.Y.HARBOR was modeled after the microbreweries on America’s West Coast, and since our opening with the installation of technology from San Francisco, we have been crafting by hand our own American-style ales. Ales are also known as top fermenting beers, and ferment at temperatures ranging between 18 and 25 degrees Celsius, and have a characteristic richness and strong aroma. That is in comparison with the majority of beers, which are known as bottom fermenting beers, and ferment at temperatures ranging from 6 to 15 degrees Celsius before they are matured for a longer period of time at temperatures near 0 degrees Celsius, which is why they are called lagers, which is German for storeroom or warehouse.
For ingredients only the choicest malt, hops and water is used, and then we create craft beers with the natural addition of brewer’s yeast, which is rich in nutrients. It’s a simple alcohol, but we think it will continue to convey the true depth that beer possesses.
